Every rider has one special ride. Mine happened at night on a country road. No traffic. No city lights. The sky was clear and filled with stars. The moon was so large and close I thought I could touch it. I was on my Harley and her sound was music to my ears.

Then this is what happens to us. We are back in the city with traffic. A car pulls out in front of us. We lay the bike down and go flying down the road. The next thing we remember is we are laying in the road and fire trucks; police and an ambulance are there. Off we go to the emergency room.

The doctor tells us we have a broken collar bone, several fractured ribs, and a low back injury. We contact the insurance company, and they say the accident is my fault and that they are not going to pay money for my injuries. This is the time you should call a motorcycle accident attorney, who rides, and has been in your shoes.

Let the lawyer deal with the insurance company once you hire a lawyer, it is his responsibility to recover the money you deserve. You have hired an expert and let him do his job. When your lawyer rides, you will share pictures of your bikes. The lawyer understands why you spent $10,000.00 making your bike the way you want it.

It is comforting to have a fellow rider as your lawyer.
