Dangerous Road Conditions/Construction Zone
Road conditions and construction zones can cause us to “go down.” Often times, dangerous road conditions and construction zones give an injured motorcyclist a valid claim for injuries.
A few examples of dangerous road conditions which may allow a motorcyclist to have a valid claim:
- In a construction zone, the signage and orange cones are in the wrong place.
- The trees and bushes along the road make it difficult to see a stop sign.
- Improper lane markings on the roadway.
There are many other circumstances when road conditions and construction zones are dangerous and may give an injured motorcyclist a claim for injuries.
